I want to know what I’m committing to. What does the program entail exactly?
This program is an integrated approach to fitness and nutrition with a personalized program delivered through my app, individual coaching via bi-weekly Zoom calls, and access to a members-only community (via Facebook group) for broader support during and after the program. How long is the program and how much of my time will it require?
The program is 16 weeks long. Within that time, you’ll be working out 3-6 times per week for 30-60 minutes. Aside from that, you’ll just need to do your regular grocery shopping and maybe spend a little more time preparing nutritious meals.
What kind of exercise is involved? Do I need a gym membership or home equipment?
The program includes options for home or gym, so you can workout wherever is easiest for you.
I think I need more community and accountability than an online program can provide. What does the program offer to keep me on track?
